Bot Data

• Bot data (economy stats, inventories, etc.) is retained as long as the bot remains active on your Discord server
• If a bot is removed from a server, data may be retained for up to 90 days for backup purposes, then deleted
• Server owners or administrators can request data deletion at any time

Contact & Project Data

• Email correspondence and project communications are retained for the duration of the project and up to 1 year after completion for reference
• Contact form submissions are stored only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry

Your Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me (see Section 8). I will comply with deletion requests within 30 days where technically feasible. Note that some data may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
